Good product that cleans well and does not leave a residue which will only cause the carpet to rapidly get dirty. Very impressive.
The tech never put plastic under table legs and did not go out of his way to double check that the spots were out of the few more heavily soiled areas. I was disappointed with him, but he sure spoke highly of the company and its product. I feel that he could have spent a bit more time and effort, asking me about any concerns I might have or special areas needing attention. Not sure I'd use you again. Yes,he was quick, but not so thorough.
Carpet turned out fine. First stair didn't get clean. I didn't want to call you back for one stair.
My carpet is always very clean and I like that the product is natural and safe. Robert is my favorite ! He is thorough and very professional . He such a nice pleasant person .

Excellent service---the young man who came to our home was polite and professional. This was the second time we had him work on our carpets. Hopefully, we can have him at our house again. We are very pleased. We have been so happy with Zerorez!

Robert was great in working with our unique situation. He did a thorough job and took time on special areas. We purchased the recommended spotting products. It just took our carpet a bit longer to dry than predicted because it is a very thick carpet.

The tech works for the company and cares about his job because of that. I've used Coit and Stanley Steamer and have had many problems with the tech's not caring about the job that they do. Keith was very nice and friendly and cared about what he did.....my floors, (carpet and tile) looks like new. I will being using Zero Rez again.

It works!
After our carpet was cleaned, I had to move our table about 2 inches. When the
table was moved, I noticed that the area under each of the four legs was not cleaned, and,
I had to try to get the dirt out myself.
Perhaps, I should have moved the table over, but, I didn't think about it.
Everything is usually pretty good, and overall the job was good, and the
service was good.
Next time, I hope to remember to move the table over a few inches. It just
never happened before.

We do a lot of entertaining in our home. As a result, the carpets take a beating every summer. Just before the holidays, I schedule an appointment to have the carpets cleaned and I am never disappointed. My carpets are spotless and smell fresh!

You get here on time, clean the carpets really good, and your service people are very professional. You are all the good I have heard and more. A great service. Thank you very much.
1. Apparently Zerorez is using a new spot cleaner-- it has a very strong orange odor and is unpleasant. We had to open all the windows to get rid of the odor during treatment.
2. I was charged differently for two treatments of the same area: first in July and now in November. In November, I was told by the technician that my living room was "oversized" and charged an extra $25. He said my living room was a living/dining room. Actually, it isn't: my dining room is a separate room. And since the total square footage of my house is around 2300 square feet, not unduly large, I don't see how my living room can be called "oversized". Especially when it's never been categorized in that way in the past.
3. I have other comments about the technician and would like to know his name.
We have always had a great cleaning job on carpets we have tried other carpet cleaners but they did not clean as good as your product
Always do great work. I like that the carpets dry fast and that soap is not used.
Awesome Service and having an animal friendy carpet cleaning is very impotant to us.

Several of the spots resurfaced so I'm not sure if I would use your service again.
Of course the carpet cleaning process (just steam and no chemicals) is why we chose to use Zerorez initially; however the primary reason that we stay with Zerorez is our Technician, Livingston. Without his expertise our carpet would not be cared for as well. Livingston takes the time to listen to our needs and takes them into consideration when providing our floor and upholstery cleaning service to us. No challenge is too great and we are always pleased to welcome him into our home.
We had an emergency, and Zerorez worked to get a same day appointment. They were very friendly, understanding, on time and did a good job. I would recommend them to others.
