I have used Zerorez before and find that the product does a good job. Michael was my serviceman and he did a great job. He really worked on the major traffic pattern, where there was a spot. He was kind and attentive, and polite when my neighbor came to talk to him about doing his house. I will and have recommended Zerorez.

Cleaning worked really well in some areas, and poorly in others. Technician too defensive to discuss why.

Great job cleaning the carpet without the residue.
The technician moved furniture to clean the carpets and charged me extra to move the furniture. The technician dislodged the antenea from my router and either threw it away or vacuumed it up. I now cannot access the internet because the antenea is missing.

Our carpets are visibly significantly cleaner than they were. Took just 24 hours or so to dry. Really like the fact that there is no residue left behind. Your man arrived on time and was professional, polite, and friendly.
