Felt like there was still residue in the carpet after it was dry. Did not notice the first time we used Zerorez.
Treated water is a good process to clean carpets. It seems to clean very well and gets out stains without their coming back. It leaves no soapy residue.

Quality cleaning
Zerorez cleans my carpets better htan any other service. They are on time, professional, courteous, and proud of their product. The carpets not only get super clean, but they stay clean, because unlike other cleaners, there is no soap left in the carpet. Soap in a carpet is a dirt magnet. This is my third time using Zerorez. And I hope to call on them again and again!
Our technician had a attitude this time, we asked to do our slate floor in master shower as scheduled and it seemed as though he did not want to do it. said we would not be happy with it. The last time we had two great techs, the encouraged us to have it done the next time. Guess there is some disconnect there. We also scheduled to have a hall way done in our master closet. Not sure if he did it or not...did not look like it. The one item that was on the floor was not moved so don't have any idea what he did.
The carpet seemed soft and similar to when I purchased it. I like that it was cleaned without harsh chemicals.
No residue left on carpets. We also had our floors steam cleaned. They turned out great. Also love the fact that zerorez doesn't use chemicals in their products.
Carpet looks like new! I can't even believe it's the same carpet! Tech was also friendly, informative and prompt.
