He called when he was on his way. He arrived on time. He explained everything and knew all about the
services I had requested. He was neat and clean himself and presented everything like a professional.
Took his time and get everything done correctly the first time. I did not have to haggle about the price,

The tile and grout went from black to white. Larry was able to do it in a couple hours what I was not able to do all day.

I like that there are no chemicals.

We felt, after the carpet dried, that it was not as clean as expected. This is our first experience with Zerorez, and the personnel have been helpful and pleasant to deal with, our experience with the overall cleaning was disappointing.

I have used Zerorez since 2007, often several times a year because I have animals. Great service and carpet cleaners always very nice and helpful. I have also had upholstered furniture cleaned and just notice car carpet can be cleaned, which I will do next time.
