I am late in responding but just had to write and let you know how very pleased I am with your company and the cleaning of my carpet. Your technician, David, cleaned them exactly 3 wks ago today and they still look great. That means a lot considering I have kids and a dog. I did get extra treatment on the living room carpet as my dog had urinated in some areas. I wanted to try your nonsoap/chemical method and see for myself. David was punctual and professional. I also was thankful for his advice regarding my Lazy Boy reclining couch and loveseat. We kept them on our tile floors until the carpet was completely dry so the metal underneath that sits directly on the carpet would not leave rust marks. We hadn't had this furniture very long and I hadn't considered this. It was a little inconvenient for a day, but worth the outcome. The rocker recliners were able to be replaced with the foam blocks under them. He left blue booties for the feet of everyone in my family, not just me. This is the first time we have used your company and we will definitely use you in the future. Thank you. Norieta Churchin

First try a few weeks ago did not work out so well. Carpets were soaked, 3 days later were still wet, and pretty much all the dirt was still there. Hoping the soaking did not ruin the backing on the carpet. Second try much better, mostly clean but with a few streaks of dirt still present in what looked like residual dirty water. Third time it came out great, and carpets dried in 2 days.

As usual, Robert was OUTSTANDING. He showed up on time, was exceptionally pleasant and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. He was very careful with the hoses and cleaning equipment not to damage mouldings or my wood floors.
