Simply a great system with top quality people to carry it out. From the email or phone call to set up an appointment to the technician at my house. The best.
This is the second time for the floors and they look great. The carpets were done well and any extra stains were addressed. I had the tile and grout also done and this turned out well. As to service Dana was professional and made an extra effort to assure we were pleased with the results. No rushing and you could tell he wanted to assure that everything was 100% complete to our satisfaction.
It just makes sense to clean this way to not attract more dirt.

You are always on time and prepared, you call to remind me of the appointment and when extra services are requested, you always fully explain them and give me an honest evaluation of whether they are necessary and will produce the results I am expecting.

It's very fast and it doesn't leave a chemical smell. However, it did take a looooong time to dry, but that's okay. I'd use it again and I will also recommend it highly to my friends.

The results
The technician was well schooled in his job and was sincere when explaining what to expect. He went about his duties in a very professional manner and worked up a sweat in performing his service[s]. He was candid in what he could and could not do as our carpets and couch had not been cleaned in well over 3 years. At the conclusion of his cleaning, the carpets and couch were FAR BETTER than we expected. We will definitely recommend ZEROREZ to others and will now have our carpets cleaned at least once a year based on the service and outcome we received.
