The carpet portion of the cleaning is very satisfactory. This was the first time we had our marble cleaned, and were not impressed. We would most likely not order this service again. The treatment did not seem to have much of an impact on the overall appearance of the floor. The results also seems to be inconsistent. Some grout clean and other areas the grout seemed unaltered after the treatment.

I like that your process cleaned my grout extremely well using no detergents. It looks like new now. My area rug also looks great. It's a great convenience not to have to take rugs into a professional rug store for cleaning.

Very good service people and a good product
I like that their is no residue chemicals on my carpets because I have pets. The only suggestion I have for improvements on service calls is that the technician wear paper booties while cleaning the carpets & afterwards because their wear work boots. Other thatn that I am very satisfied.
This is my first time using Zerorez and I am hoping because it is mostly water that the carpet will stay cleaner longer.
The carpet is clean...without residue that picks up more dirt. I had my sofa cleaned as well and I couldn't have asked for better results. I am a returning customer!

I would not recommend the wood cleaning-I was very disappointed by the job. There were areas missed and appears to have been done quickly. I was shocked, we assumed it would be the same caliber as the carpet cleaning.
