tThis is the second time we have used Zerorez, once for tile and once for carpet. Both times the representative they sent was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. The products used were excellent and the finished work product was outstanding. I will use them exclusively from now on.

Our carpet was cleaned on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and it is still wet. We have fans going. It also still has a damp smell. We were told that it would be dry in 4-6 hours.

Jeff, I was very disappointed with your reservation system . I wanted to schedule the work to be done at 8:00 Am and the lady told me if I wanted to do that I had to schedule it 10 to 14 days in advance, so I did. 8:00 AM came I had all the people in the condo move everything and my tenate had all his stuff moved at 8;00 AM Your truck din't come. I called and they told me the driver would be their between 10:00 am and noon. I talked to Justin and had strong words with him and got your truck there at 9:30 AM. Gill did a great job.

I get super clean carpets that seem to stay clean for a very long time!!! And I love the fact that theres very little moisture left on the carpets so a quick drying time!

My carpet was dirty and spotted. Whatever is in your cleaning system does an amazing job. Sam was the service technician. He did an exceptional job. Very professional and truly committed to doing an excellent job. If there was a place to rate him, out of 1 to 10, he'd get a 20!!
Robert has always been very professional. However, this time he had equipment malfunction. The hose in the truck was not operating correctly and when he was working cleaning our tile a hose broke and water sprayed on our living room and dining room floor. It was obvious that he was "irritated" due to the equipment malfunctions. We wrote a check for $405. and he left and said that he would be back to complete the tile - there was some areas that were not totally cleaned. He was at our house September 6 and this is one week later. He told us that he would be back to finish the tile cleaning. It has been one week and he or your office has not called for an appointment. Therefore, we have "finished" cleaning the tile and grout and went to Home Depot to buy a "sealer". We have finished the work and want you to know that it is not a failure of Robert - just the equipment failed. If you need additional information, please feel free to call.

Stains and odor from a bad accident were removed and the technician even came back a second time to remove additional stains when they were located a day later. It was a tricky and messy job and I couldn't be happier with the results and the two technicians that helped me retain my sanity! Thank you so much!
