I had pet odor to be removed. The tech was very informative, and did a great job. However, the smell is still there... I would like to have more information at the time of service on how to rid odor, and what to expect, etc.

We have had our home cleaned once a year by Zerorez for three years running, each time has been an excellent experience! The tech's have been very courteous, friendly, and hard workers. They have cleaned our carpets throughout our home leaving them looking like new! Just as the commercial says, the carpets stay clean much longer than typical cleaning companies we used in the past, and the cleaning does not wear or unravel the carpet yarns. This time we had to request that the tech' return for further cleaning. An area of very light carpet that is in a high traffic area, ( we currently have 4 adults, 3 young children, and 2 dogs living here!!) had become very dirty and after it was cleaned, as it dried, some of the dirt came to the surface. We called the company and they immediately scheduled an appointment! Our tech returned, happy to reclean the area and it dried perfectly! We appreciated the attitude of the company and the hard working tech' to get that right, with a smile! We happily recommend Zerorez to all our friends, family, and neighbors!

I LOVE the job well done by the tech that came to my home. He worked very diligently to remove the pet odor on my carpet. (It took two visits; but it was worth the second trip). He was very informative about the process of cleaning carpet. He was very careful with my furniture and the protection of it on the damp carpet. I am so excited to find the perfect solution to not using soap on my carpet, not extracting it and having a residue when it drys. Also, my carpet was dry in 6-8 hours verses a day and a half, like before. When I vacuumed the carpet after it dried; it was fluffy, like new, not matted down.
