How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When booking the appointment I explained that our complex does NOT allow truck mount cleaning but a Good portable is necessary. Yet, Zerorez shows up with an inferior portable. The machine leaked - leaving large water rings in 5-6 places. They returned to touch up. It looked clean for several days. Now water rings and new ones have appeared. New ones are from the machine's hose which leaked during touch up. In the evenings one can really see all the unclean areas around the entire living room. Bedroom is fine. The carpet is in almost new condition and I know it can be cleaned. So now I have to pay more $$ to have it cleaned although it cost me $245 for you to clean Plus tip.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your people are very friendly and professional. The use of water alone has shown itself to be far superior to the use of soaps and other chemicals in getting our carpets extremely clean and allowing them to remain that way longer. Although not cheap, the prices you charge are very competitive to other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past.

When I made the appointment, it was just for three rooms.
When I saw how AMAZING they looked, I had the technician do All the carpets!

Company organization and follow through was excellent. The representative was very good, and polite. He worked very hard in about 100 degree heat. He was excellent. My carpet looks brand new.
