This service date was out third carpet cleaning from Zerorez. We could not be happier! Each time we have had our carpet cleaned, we are shocked to see how clean and beautiful our carpet looks. Although, our carpet is over 10 years old, IT LOOKS NEW after the cleaning. The process works like none we have seen. Amazing!!!

The quality, the guy that came out this time fixed my carpet, can't even tell it was patched. I wished I would have had him repair one more area in my carpet. Also did a wonderful job in cleaning. I have you clean my carpeting at least twice a year because I have many pets.

Our carpet comes out perfectly clean every time. We have 2 cats that somehow make the carpet dirty. I guess it is the constant bathing. We also entertain, and food makes it's way to floor every time, but it looks brand new when Zerorez is done. It is a good quality carpet but I've had it for 15 years and it still looks new after it has cleaned. We generally get it cleaned about every 6-8 months. I believe that helps it stay looking great.
My carpet comes clean and stays clean after Zerorez cleans it. The technicians are prompt, come when they say they will, are neat and efficient. It doesn't take long for the carpeting to dry since they don't soak it in water and soap.

I think the use of water is very efficient, much more efficient than I thought possible. Service associates have been professional.
