First, there was no residue! Secondly, the technician was informative, helpful, and did a really great job. (My dog even liked him!) Also, he placed orange corner protectors everywhere the hose might rub up against something. No carpet company I have ever hired EVER did this. I look forward to doing more business with you.
The service was excellent. I was concerned about the return of what seemed to be stubborn stains, but nothing has returned! My carpet is clean and soft to the touch. I am also comforted knowing that I don't have a soapy residue. My technician, Jose was professional, kind and very knowledgeable.

The technician who cleaned my carpets, Jose Mijares, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job overall. My carpets were filthy and he was able to make them look great again! I will definitely be using Zerorez again!!

Zerorez treatment left my carpet the cleanest its been in many, many years. If your advertising is accurate, no chemicals were used, which I like. The service agent was very professional. I should have done this years ago.

THey made my floors look brand new! I was just overwhelmed with what a difference the Zerorez cleaning made on my grout - I never thought the tile would look that good again. And my house smelled delicious!

The young man's name that came to clean our carpets was Bret. He was very polite, professional and nice. I was happy to see him put the plastic protectors by the door frames and the floor protector. We are very happy with the results and were happy that the carpets dried faster than with other companies. We'll definitely use you in the future.
The all-natural way of cleaning was amazing! My carpets, which hadn't been cleaned in three years, looked almost new! In the entire house there were only two stains him couldn't get out. Eduardo was fast, friendly, and efficient.
Our carpet was soaking wet when you finished cleaning the carpet. The next morning it was still very wet and it is summer time. We were gone for a few days and when we came back it was still damp. My office got a bad smell in it from the wet carpet. I have cleaned our carpets, we have had Stanley Steamer and others, the carpets have never been that wet. In the past the next day the carpet is dry. We have some brown spots. I do as good with my Bissel cleaner. Do not use us as a referral. Art Last name removed
no chemicals.. cleans up soap we used to try to clean up spots. Brian and David are VERY respectful and professional. I liked the corner things so the hose does not mark corners. I have referred many of my neighbors to Zerorez. Brian did my nextdoor neighbor today and they were very happy!

IT TOOK THREE VISITS TO CORRECT PROBLEM.
The teck did not put the guards around the doors, etc. as I was told he would do. My mother asked him to do that and he stated that they don't do that any longer and that he would be careful. There were some markings as a result of not putting the guards up.
