I have been pleased with previous results. Unfortunately, there is a small area that I feel was either overlooked or did not get pretreated in yesterdays cleaning and to me it jumps out at me.

I originally was booked from between 8 and 11.
Then called on Friday and told that it would arrive between 11 and 12.
He did not show up till 1:30 was a real waste of my day.

There have been a handful of carpet stains around our office. We have used a variety of other carpet cleaning companies and the stains never disappear. One treatment with Zerorez and the stains were gone! The carpets look great and shame on us for ever using another carpet cleaning company. We are Zerorez customers for life!

The technician that came to my house had a SERIOUS need for an attitude adjustment. I moved all of the chairs and items on the floor to make his work easier. I moved the love seat, small end tables, coffee table away from the large spots that he needed to see. I asked him to help me move these few light things back. He told me in a disrespectful voice and body language that he would not move furniture, that would cost me more. He stated that he did not lift furniture at all. I asked about the small styra-foam under legs etc. of furniture. He repeated he did not lift furniture. I immediately called the office. I couldn't believe that any member of your staff would behave in this manner. I've only used your service for this carpet over the years. He ended up cleaning the carpet. He removed the equipment, accepted my check, and left ...no closure, nor apology. I HOPE this is not a sign of diminishing customer service. I will have to think about whether I'll use you again. The supervisor who called me told me they can send me someone else next time. I guess that is all right.

It works, simple and beautiful, carpets look like new or probably better. I wish I could have them done monthly as the whole house feels vibrant and fresh in a way it never does after a vacuum!

While I appreciate the help that was provided in trying to get per urine stains out, the tech told me the carpet was very wet when they left and advised me to keep fans on it. For 3 days I had fans on it and kept the a/c on but it still mildewed and left problems. For the price I paid, I am just disappointed.
