Your employee was polite, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and explained the zerorez carpet cleaning process. I was amazed the carpets came out like new again. service great but a couple of spots didn't clean.
NO residue! Previously, when I had carpets cleaned, they looked great the first week then old stains started appearing again and the "clean" didn't stay that way for long. I have not experienced any of that with Zerorez.
I like the overall product, the quick way it dries, but the whole thing boils
down to the technician. We have used Robert Keith before and I would highly
recommend him to everyone. He is a honest, very hard working, trustworthy
gentleman who I believe is genuinely interested in MY happiness. My carpets
have never looked better since Robert has been taking care of us. Zerorez and
Robert are our only carpet and upholstery cleaning source as far as we are concerned.
5 stars + Zerorez and Robert!!!!!!

Have been using you since we bought our carpets about 7 years approximately and just love the way they come out.
Booked appointment close to day I called in. Sam called before he arrived. He was very
helpful with answers to my questions. Worked quickly and the carpet looked great when he left. The spray bottle of cleaner I had purchased last cleaning never worked. Didn't remove stains in the entry way. In fact the product didn't work any better on stains or soil between rooms. He didn't try to sell me any products....I was very impressed with my cleaning. Bill Handle raves about Zerorez for cleaning his Persian Palace.
