I have noticed within 1 week that some stains are resurfacing. You advertise they wont come back. At the appointment the technician advised they might and likely would and would require a second cleaning for total resolution. That feels like false advertising and the set-up for additional business. Not sure your process is any better than anyone else's at a premium charge. My carpet was dirty so overall it looks much better. I did not expect to see stains return within the week.
The results is always above expectations. My carpet looks brand new.
Dirt doesn't come back. I have you clean every 2-3 years and I've never had a stain return, only new kid dirt.
The process was excactly as advertised and cleaned our carpets wonerfully.

There is no smell! You do not come in and perfume up the place. The carpet is clean feels great on the feet. The young man that did our un-airconditioned house on a hot muggy day earned my respect as a hard worker and a real asset to your company.

I have always been amazed and thrilled with the results of the zerorez treatment. I am a return customer. Livingston was our technician for about 3 years in a row, and he did an incredible job. For our last treatment, we had a different technician who was extremely nice and cordial, and there is no doubt he worked very hard. However he did not produce the same results. We've have a stain that surfaced that wasn't there before, and a couple of bad areas, he couldn't quite get rid of. I'm not sure if those stains were just too difficult, but Livingston always seemed to get rid of the trouble spots. Overall I am still very happy though.
Promptness, neatness and clean carpet
The technician was very friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be the rate you charge for tile / grout cleaning. I spent $345.00, my floor was not that bad to begin with and I really did not see much of a difference in the grout. The technician took longer doing the carpets and it was cheaper. I use to clean the grout myself and it turned out better. I will definetely recommend you for carpet cleaning, but probably not tile / grout.
It does not use chemical to clean the carpets and rugs......

I've always been very pleased with the quality of the work done by your technicians, and am vey impressed with the spot remover that I bought. Everyone who has come to my house has been respectful, courteous, and worked hard to make my tile and carpets the best they can be. This is the only carpet/floor cleaning company I've used since I first called them several years ago.

Carpet really stays clean
I have been very impressed by the cleaning process of zerorez...the carpets are clean, the stains do not return. The carpet looks and feels clean with no soap residue.
