On time! Carpeting was almost dry by the end of the day. You left very little heavy water in the carpeting in comparison to other cleaning services. Spots we thought would still have a trace were completely gone. Your technician, due to the humid weather, was soaked and not the carpet. Thanks to you! We will be back!

Very friendly service and worked with me on places that needed done over a few times because we have such light carpet. There is one area we noticed after the gentleman was gone that we should have had him go over one more time.. I bought some of the product and will try to get the area cleaner myself but sure wish I had seen it while he was here. Thanks for a good job. This is our first time using Zerorez so hope it will stay cleaner longer than using soap.

First of all the carpet looks GREAT! The technician was efficient, polite, and prompt. Though I was given a 4 hour window of when he would arrive, (a very common practice with service related technicians), this is the FIRST time I have gotten a call from a technician at the very beginning of the window of time telling me exactly when he would be arriving so that I could manage my morning while I waited. The technician explained everything he was going to do before he began, and then what he had done when he was finished. I have already recommended Zerorez to my friends and family.
My carpets have always looked great after you have cleaned them (except for 1 time); and I have had you do them for years!

The person who came to clean was very clear on what he was going to do and what my results would be. He worked quickly, yet thoroughly. I did not detect any lingering "shampoo" odors or residue. Because of an old dog, I had several urine odor areas; they seem cleared. He was well within the stated time of arrival.
When I called for an appointment, the person with whom I spoke was very polite and quickly booked my cleaning.
