1. Not all dirt came out- especially my floor and chairs.
2. Flash board (wooden board next to the floor) got dirty from the cleaning. would be great if staff remembers or trained to wipe it.
3. Price is high
Does not harm pets. Very good for getting out stains.

Stains came back in 2 days and there were more stains than before.There are uneven marks on the carpet where they cleaned, and white marks in some places.

First, the fact that there is no soap involved in cleaning my carpets, just water, which seems a much smarter way to do the job. Secondly, and most important, the service representatives that come out. Every one I've had in my home has been friendly, thorough, professional and knowledgable.
