Don't clean with chemicals - always happy with the results
The service is on time and you were able to work with me on a schedule change. Larry was very friendly and hard working. My carpets look good. I think I may be replacing them in the future. Do you recommend anyone?
You folks clean so thouroughly, without chemicals and cleaned up what the 'other' guys said wouldn't come out!
It got my carpet clean and the peron who came to do it was courteous and efficient. BUT...there is one area in particulsr thst looks like it may have been missed - by my patio doors. He came on time and worked hard to get some ground in dirt out. I have already recommended them to two neighbors.
Waiting to see how the job stands up to time. Will any of the spots return rapidly etc.?

I appreciate the process used of clean water, however our carpet just did not seem as clean as it did from the last time we used a conventional carpet cleaning system. Further, there was a stain that would not come out, and from our previous experience with a conventional cleaning system, many deep stains came out (stains long lasting from our home's previous owner). Again I am appreciative of your cleaning system used as we are getting a newborn puppy in November and we do not want her to mouth the carpeting and have contact with chemicals, however the next time we have our carpets cleaned we will be going back to the conventional cleaning system.

Person was very professional. Showed up in well marked truck and uniform. Did the job for the quoted price and didn't try to get the price up with addons. I would definately use the service again.
You don't use soap so there is no bubbling up. They are very careful in protecting the rest of the house with corner guards, etc.
Knowledgable service technician. Very thorough and neat. Carpet feels great and looks clean. No gross residue.
Robert did a great job and the bathroom floor grout has never looked cleaner. Our carpet dried in 1 day which it hasn't done in the past. Give Robert a bonus :)
