No chemicals and less reoccurring stains
The carpet looks really good. The last time I had my carpet cleaned by another company, within a few weeks, my carpet looked worse than before it was cleaned!

My carpets always look and feel amazing after getting them cleaned by zerorez.
Your serviceman was very friendly and professional. Our main reason for having the carpet cleaned was to remove a dog odor that we recently noticed. After 3 days the dog odor is at least as bad as before the cleaning. Additionally, 8 hours after the cleaning the carpet was still very wet. We ended up using a dehumidifier in each room over the next day to get the carpets dry...the dehumidifier produced about 6 gallons of water.

Terrific!! Thought needed to purchase new carpet. Now MY carpet looks new!
Only negative, your agent arrived 2 hours later than latest time you quoted me (causing him to return a second day to finish our job because Laguna Woods security shut him down after 7 PM (community rules re any outside servicing companies)).
While he was terrific, it cost him a second trip. When I asked your office about tardiness, found out that although I had waited add'l days to assure we would get this technician, your office sent him clear to Montebello for job previous to ours (necessitating his having to travel our home in FRIDAY NIGHT traffic (which occurs every Friday & in which he had gotten stopped/held up)) & when Montebello customer required more cleaning than you'd planned, that really put a wringer in the works!
Wouldn't it have been more prudent to consider all & book your technicians accordingly (i.e. same day's customers in close geographic proximity to each other so as not to loose so much time in traffic between the jobs). If not possible in same day, may have been better scheduling to have scheduled our job on a seperate day?

My technician was so attentive and concerned with detail and being sure my carpet was perfect. It was soooooo dirty 10 grandchildren, etc. It looks like new. I didn't even expect the hallway to be able to be cleaned. I was shocked. It looks like new. My carpet is over 10 years old and a light champagne color. It is unbelievable. Technician 217775. I think SAM.

We have used Zerorez several times, and we've always been extremely happy with the results. This time, because of some remodeling, with many workers in and out of the house for months, the carpets were especially dirty, so much so that we worried that it might be impossible to get them clean again. But Kevin worked diligently to remove all spots and dirt, and the result is perfect--all the carpets, even the one white area rug that was particularly dirty, look beautiful. Kevin (like all the service people we've encountered) was friendly and helpful, very eager to give us the best product possible. We're very pleased and will definitely have Zerorez again in the future.
Eduardo was excellent. He was professional, kind and hard working. My carpet was cleaned and I really thought it was a lost cause. I am on the 3rd floor of a condo building and Eduardo made a great effort to easily make it work. He was amazing and the product was just as good as it is described in the ads on KFI.
