1) arrive on time or call when you are late. This is the 3d time I've used zerorez. This is the first time you were so late. I was scheduled for 8am - noon. I called at 10:30am and was told there was a truck down so my tech would be late but would be there before noon. I called at 12:30. Debbie answered and said it was the tech's job to call me if he would be late, not hers. The tech finally arrived at 12:45. Someone should call. The techs are working.
2) I had the bathrooms cleaned and the tech did not clean the flooring behind the toilet
Not having luck with spot cleaners but will try again. I'll call if I'm not successful.

How well you take soap out of carpet after it has been cleaned incorrectly----
Find a new tool to clean the edges of carpet especially along the walls or on the stairs where the dirt seems to accumulate.
I am a customer with oriental carpets that I feel require special care. You have so far been excellent in providing what I need. I like that I can drop off the carpets and pick them up when they are ready. No detergents is very important in the care of old carpets so your work fits my needs perfectly.

Prompt, good service and very good representative/worker.
First, there was no residue! Secondly, the technician was informative, helpful, and did a really great job. (My dog even liked him!) Also, he placed orange corner protectors everywhere the hose might rub up against something. No carpet company I have ever hired EVER did this. I look forward to doing more business with you.
The service was excellent. I was concerned about the return of what seemed to be stubborn stains, but nothing has returned! My carpet is clean and soft to the touch. I am also comforted knowing that I don't have a soapy residue. My technician, Jose was professional, kind and very knowledgeable.
