The carpets were very stained due to heavy foot traffic and dogs. The technician was not sure how the stains would come out but he did an outstanding job.

The service person was friendly & efficient. The prices were OK. I thought the price to clean a recliner was too high but I had the sofa cleaned so the recliner had to be cleaned too, (recliner~$95, couch~$120). When I called to make my #ppointments both of the ladies that answered the phone were also friendly.

The product is awesome! They breathed life into 16-yr-old carpet! Really amazing! Our MUCH USED sofa looks fantastic! But not only was Robert super friendly, but was on the lookout for ways to cut the cost! They both worked like Trojans and completed the job sooner than I expected! The whole experience was very positive.

It's just water! That's the best part of it. My carpets stay cleaner longer and feel soft and fluffy under my feet after being cleaned. Your technicians are consistently courteous and efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with.
