On-time and cleans better than the normal carpet cleaners. Dry's much faster too! Only negative is that your vehicle dripped a lot of oil on my driveway and my assoc. is making me pay for to clean it up. Add $150 to my bill.

THere are no chemicals left on the carpet. I have small grandchildren and pets that are down on the carpet, and I do not want them breathing harsh chemicals. So your system is perfect and it cleans so thoroughly.

No soap, friendly service and you were on time!
The technician was over three hours late, and did not finish up until 8 p.m. Further, I was unable to have my sofa and love seat cleaned, as previously scheduled, or he would have been on site an additional hour and a half. In addition, I've yet to see any evidence the level of cleanliness attained is superior to a standard steam cleaning I could have gotten in a timely manner, and much cheaper.
They're safe and do an excellent job of cleaning. The technician worked hard and did a great job of cleaning. He tried to please.
