Zerorez was on time and very through with the cleaning, explaining exactly what they would do in cleaning my carpets.

I had cleaned my carpets with zerorez several weeks ago. Last weekend my dog urinated on living room carpet. I cleaned the spots but could not get rid of odor so called. I was clear with phone person that I needed to get rid of odor. Appt was made for a couple of days later. I had to leave work 3 hours early for appt. phone person also told me since I was just cleaning that 1 area and since they have to charge minimum service rate the pet treatment would be included. When technician arrived he did not know about the pricing I was told but said he would honor it. I had to show him area spots were not visible. I repeatedly stated my concern was the odor as I did not want my dog the repeat the behavior. He stated he understood and proceeded to apply the treatment. Next day the odor was still there. I called and phone person stated that there are 3 different pet treatments and I should have asked for the odor one which costs more. I said I stated what I wanted done and how was I supposed to know about the different treatments. She stated the technician should have told me which he didn't. I am out 154.00 still have to have carpet cleaned again have to leave work early again and I have to keep my dog gated so she will not repeat behavior. I believe Livingston is the only person to deal with since no one else pays attention to what customer says. UGH!!!!!!
We will be back out to correct the issue.

Your service techs know their business, they are professional and friendly. I felt I could ask my technician (Dana) any question on cleaning and maintaining my carpet. He was very informative and did a thorough, efficient job.

Your person was prompt, calling in advance of appt. The carpets look like new and the person was considerate during his entire visit. I am especially excited about the grout cleaning. I do not know how long it was since the last time it was cleaned. It was dark and dirty. It now looks brand new. The person spent a considerable amount of time and it truly shows. Thank you.

ON JULY 10. MY CARPET WAS CLEANED. THERE WERE TWO AREAS THATN WERE STILL UNLECAN. ON JULY 24, A RETURN TRIP WAS MADE, BUT ONE OF THE AREAS IS STILL UNCLEAN. THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT SAID IT WOULD DO NO GOOD TO COME OUT AGAIN SHOULD THE AREA REMAIN UNCLEAN. THE AREA IS STILL UNCLEAN. ON JULY 25, I SPOKE TO ROXANN AND ASKED THAT MY MONEY BE RETURNED FOR THE ONE ROOM SO I COULD FIND SOMEONE WHO COULD CLEAN THE CARPET. SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE JEFF OR JUSTIN CALL ME. AS OF 1PM ON JULY 26, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.
The work is done well and your home is left tidy!

Carpet looks and feels great--not sticky like it has with other steam cleaners. Technician worked very hard physically--put his whole self into the work to get it as clean as he could.
