I think the overall cost is just a bit high for such a small house and the actual area being treated. Maybe next time this can be addressed. Thank you!

It cleans the carpets well in a green healthy way

The carpet was left much wetter this time compared to the previous time. The technician said he had to apply a large amount of water to get the carpet clean, but I don't think the carpet was more dirty this time, and it isn't any cleaner this time. I think this may point out a limitation of the process where the only way to do a more effective cleaning job is to apply more water. In comparison using a combination of water plus agitation may achieve more cleaning with less water.

My service man was prompt,timely and professional. Any question I asked was answered confidently. I appreciated the pre service email of prep hints.

I can't address your products as I have never used them. Your service was first rate in that my carpets and upholstered furniture look good as new.

The guys are prompt and call ahead. Work very hard and take me through the house to show me everything they have done.

We use your company mainly for carpet cleaning. The carpets stay cleans longer. Your techs are very professional. The past 3 times we had Livingston clean our carpets and we will continue to request him.

I have used Zerorez many times and been very happy with the results. I've recommended it to family and friends. However, this time, many of the "spots" were not removed and area rugs were badly cleaned. I would appreciate someone coming back to redo some of the work.

So, I have forgotten the mane of the young man the cleaned my carpet, but appreciated that he was concerned that one area did not look clean enough. After he was done, he hooked up the equipment again to re-do the area.

I would recommend the service to anyone. I might need you to come back and clean my sofa!
