Our technician, Marcel, was very thorough. He asked questions about the nature/history of our "dirt" and really worked some of the worst areas. He also made several recommendations regarding what is best for small area rugs on carpet areas that won't harm the carpet. We are very pleased at how the carpet looks. It is 14 years old and has been through 4 kids (boys) and a dog. We have heard lots of commercials about Zerorez, however, the best one was from one of our sons who used you and recommended that that we give it a try. We're sold!
The service guys treated our house nicely and carefully set up their equipment. The carpet looks amazing and feels even better! We got our couch cleaned as well and are completely satisfied! The only downside was the cost. They charged us the same amount they would for an entire room when we had them go around the furniture. So they really only had to clean 1/4 of the room. Also the couch cost us the same amount as the carpet, which was surprising.

No residue and great technician.
The technician messed up one of the carpet seams in my hallway and left it shredded without mentioning it to me. They are sending out someone to repair it, but not before I had to complain to the manager.

The technician was very professional and did a great job in cleaning the carpet. He called to let me know when he would arrive and kept me updated.

There are no chemicals used on the carpets.
Each time ( 4 to date ) we have some problem with the cleaning. The first three times, there were lines in the carpet after the cleaning. The technician came back a day or two later and re-cleaned the carpet. The last time, there were no lines but our house smelled like wet gym socks left in a locker for a week. It has never smelled badly after the other cleanings. We put fans on and left the doors open overnight and the next morning the smell was gone. He did put a solution on a coffee spill that had an unpleasant oder but that was gone before he left. I am going to give your service one more try when we are due to clean the carpets again but I'm not sure I would recommend the service.
Prompt on showing up and carpet came out 98% clean. I am wondering if there's any way that they could come back and hit the edge of the steps to clear out the stain that still remains there. Just asking! Otherwise Jorge did an awesome job. Will I recommend you? You better believe it I will!!! Thanks for your service.....
I contacted your office re. continued leaching thru carpets mof dog tracks and vomit. Your phone staff was professional in talking with me re. problem aeas, rescheduled another cleaning of spotted areas. I was charged $114.00 for this. I felt it was too high
but I paid it.
You are asking for current feedback. Unfortunately the dirty path way and same spots have reappeared. At this time I will try to get it up myself. But I do have Cancer and am not suppose to be bending down,exerting myself,etc. Name removed
