My carpets look and smell great

I have a circular spot of it appears to be residue in the center of the living room that appeared a day later- I would appreciate it if that could be re-looked at/cleaned.

Robert turns my dirty, dingy carpet to brand new. No stains. Fluffy soft. With numerous dogs and kids, keeping a light color carpet (my husbands choice) looking great is difficult. Robert makes it look easy! Thanks

They were not that reliable with showing up with scheduled drop off . Twice. Not sure if tts a schedule error but two times I waited and no show . Other than that friendly and rug was cleaned and they were great moving the furniture and returning to right place. I would definitely use again!

This appointment was a touch up appointment for areas that did not get clean with the first cleaning. Technician did not seem as detail oriented as previous technicians. After first visit carpets were very wet ~ took over 2 days to dry with doors & windows open.
Courteous and quality work. Our carpet came out clean.
He was on time and very professional, when I asked him questions regarding other item that I was considering having cleaned he was very helpful in explaining what it would cost how much time it would take.
The technician was very polite and he did a great job on the carpet.

Oh my.....the service was outstanding. Justin and Larry are awesome.....my carpets were horrible. We dealt with a sick pet and once she was ok I thought I would have to replace them, but now they are nice and clean.....Those two were wonderful to work with and I will call Justin every time. I have already posted it on my face book and have 4 people that want to call Justin!!!!
Always do a good job without using harsh chemicals.
you sent two people one Mr larry and the other Mr justin.
1.Larry told me that Justin is the general Manager of the Company. and if i had any concern I can address it to Justin.
2. they were very judgmental. they were telling me my carpet is of low quality.
when i raised my concern, they were not willing to listen. I would request you to send me a worker and not a general manager to clean my carpet. i have stains remaining in my carpet. in order to have no arguments i just handed over the check to Larry. they think customers are fool and cannot distinguish between general manager and worker. would you please contact me onPhone number removed963 I appreciate. the previous time one of your worker came and he left the job half way saying that his machine was not working. now you sent your general manager who thinks they are here to clean only clean carpets.
Prompt, friendly, work is done thoroughly, and carefully. We are repeat customers and will always look to Zerorez for carpet and grout cleaning.
