No chemicals or soaps because I have small children. Friendly service and great results!
The cleaning process works well and the staff/tech was very friendly. Had a problem spot on a microfiber sofa that we thought would never come out the tech paid special attention to it and the spot is gone.

First time the carpet has seemed truly clean after being cleaned, technician had a long & difficult day (including rush hour traffic between Brentwood & Hollywood on the way to our house) but still did a thorough job professionally and cheerfully.
