Carpets look great! Thought it was very expensive since the whole area cleaned was about 600 sq. ft. BUT the men were courteous & they did a great job.

Representative was knowledgeable. Worked especially hard on our areas of concern. Provided protectors for furniture without being asked. Offered booties so we didn't have to deal with paper all over areas done.

I like that the carpet stains haven't returned yet as they usually do with other companies.

My last service was done by Robert, and he was very meticulous and thorough cleaning a linoleum floor that was heavily encrusted with wax over approximately 50-60 years. Either warn customers about carpet rippling, or find a way to eliminate it. It goes away after a few days, but at firts it looks like the carpet is ruined.

The carpet is clean,but the carpet is hard and crusty. Feels rough and stiff. I've vacuumed twice to try and loosen it up, but still stiff. Any suggestions?

I liked that: my phone call was answered by an actual, polite person, that the appointment was confirmed, that I was actually called within the thirty minutes of arrival time, that Mr. Dennis Smith was friendly, professional, and did a stupendous job. And, unlike other cleaning methods, my couch and chairs were dry within two hours!

He was very efficient and took good care of my dog as requested. The carpet looks great.
