The gentleman, Larry that came was very informative about all aspects of the carpet cleaning. He was able to answer all questions that I had and took the time to stop and let me know as he cleaned why my carpet might feel different due to soap being used by previous carpet cleaners and recommending that more cleaning might be neeeded to get up the soap buildup. Very happy with the cleaning. I have old carpet and they looked wonderful upon completion.

remove your obnoxious trip fee. your customers have to buy gas also. I don't have the option of charging my employer to drive to work. otherwise, I like your service above the many others I have tried.

We love Robert Keith! He's the best. He actually cares about his job and it shows. This time he found a way to actually rinse our carpet (cat corners) with a special hose attachment. I saw him pour a bucket of water on my floor and the attachment soaked the water up in minutes. My cat corners have never smelled better after a carpet cleaning. He's a genius! And we truly appreciate him. Thank you for your alkaline water cleaning process and for hiring Robert!

Your employees are very professional
The product works and the service people do a good job and strive for customer satisfaction.
Your service man applied too much water on the carpet. The carpet was still sluggish this morning and will be another two days before we can walk on the carpet. Also, the carpet in the motor was way too wet.
it didn't look like it is cleaned. i was so disappointed what Zerorez did to my area rug.
there was still dark spot ecen though they tried. i can refund! i would never tell my friends to use Zerores

I am not sure why, but the hallway carpet feels crusty (not soft) to me after the treatment.
I was given 2 different quotes on the phone and the price after was a 3rd amount. The worker didn't move a thing. I was told on the phone that small items, night stand etc. would be moved and cleaned under and put back. If I had know he wouldn't move anything I would have moved these items myself. Seems lazy way to clean carpet. I have had carpet cleaners move even beds as much as they could. I moved a bed in one room away from the wall so he could clean there and he didn't. Very disappointing.

The workers are kind, it was fast and didn't leave an odor
Carpet dries quickly as carpet is not soaked.
My husband was home when the service was done and I have a more critical eye than he has. I tried to mark all the places that really needed attention. However, there was one place by our garage door area that I had missed and so did the cleaner. If I was to have Zerorez back, I will have to be there to monitor. My husband said that the cleaner was not that sociable and therefore conversation regarding the area was at a minimum. Perhaps a do-over would be appropriate. Thanks Name removed

The service Tech Mr. Livingston very knowledgeable communicated very well about services and time he was coming. The carpet smelled so much better there was very tough stains and he was able to get them out huge difference when he was done. I like they were upfront about price. They did not try to up charge. Very pleased will use them again thank you
