The area rug is not cleaned, it is the same as before. Very disappointed. I request refund but they don't do that?

Your service person was efficient, very nice, and did a great job. Our older carpet and couch look brand new! He called before he came, and was wearing your company's logo, and came in your company's truck, which I appreciated very much.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your carpet cleaning method using alkaline water and a citrus solution works. There are no more dirty soap or chemicals in my carpets. That's why they stay clean longer. The customer service is also excellent.

Your phone rep and technician were very professional are exceptionally prompt. Brian was right on time, worked amazingly fast considering the heat and humidity and did a great job! Not only will I recommend, I am inspired to get my carpets taken care of more often.

I think zero Rez did a good job. It was a bit pricey $175.00 for 1 room. I would only recommend for someone with a large space.
