How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I really liked how the tile grout cleaning went, but was disappointed in the carpet cleaning!

I told the tech before he started that my granddaughter had urinated on the carpet. This was the whole purpose for my call to ZeroRez!! After he completed the job he told me I only paid for step 1, but he gave me step 2 to remove the urine but he didn't know if he got the smell out. What?? Why did I even bother?? Well, he did not get the smell out and I had to do it myself. Very disappointed with the carpet cleaning.

Even when they had to come to touch up they had very good attitude .

I like that no harmful chemicals are used on my floors, efficient and "people friendly" staff and my floors are sooo nice when all done! Both people that have come to our home in the past few years have been professional and meticulous in getting the job done right.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used Zerorez personally for 3 yrs and had been very satisfied. As the HR Manager for an organization I had Zerorez come and clean our office on July 6th I was not happy with the outcome. I called the office which I am still waiting for an answer on when they will come back out and redo the job. I have yet to hear from anyone. Secondly, I had Zerorez come out on July 16 to my home. As my carpet has dried I have all this white powder in all my rooms. Which they will have to come back and take care.The other inconvenience to this is I have not had the opportunity to put my furniture back in place. So my overall my experience with Zerorez was very disappointing. Currently I would not recommend Zerorez.

one issue, i requested an appointment online and never heard back, so i had to call... but not a big deal.

The carpet looks like it did when we put it in three years ago. Food stains, rust stains, dirt are all gone, even the ones that I tried spot cleaning and have been there fornawhile. It looks amazing! We will definitely use Zerorez again.

What do you like about our products and services?

Srv tech called ahead and arrived promptly, set right to work and was careful not to damage any walls or furniture. My 10 year old carpet looks brand new and we just completed a significant remodel so I thought they were ruined and needed replacement. Whatever is or is not in the WATER is sure works.
