Eduardo did a fantastic job and I have already given your company name to several friends. My only disappointment is that I had to call someone to move several small pieces back in place. Other carpet cleaners place small blocks under the items and the carpet dries and later I remove the blocks. Next time should I leave these pieces in place so blocks can be placed under them? Name removed

I like that there are no harsh or strong smelling chemicals used,
and yet it does a great job on cleaning.
It's very easy to shedual and get a time and day that's convienent for me.

Your technician was very good and helpful in explaning the process. What I like best about Zero Rez is that my carpets and upholstery stay cleaner much longer than any of the other carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

The carpeting always seems clean and fresh after Zerorez is here to service it. I like the idea that there isn't any soap residue. I appreciate being called the day of cleaning to update me on the appointment timeline.

Thorough cleaning with no residue. It was very dirty carpet and now my granddaughter can crawl all over it and I'm not concerned about her crawling in chemicals! The technician was also very protective of my freshly painted walls and corners. BEST carpet cleaning we've ever had!

The smell of oranges from the pre-wash cleaner. The carpets looked great and spots that we weren't certain about were removed completely with no residual signs.
