I was told by another person that your company is really good about getting out stains. You guys were not able to get rid of any stains in any of the rooms. Also, the carpet on the stairs looked like they turned a different color. Instead of brightening up the color it looked more orangey or something. They went over the carpet really quick. Other carpet cleaners will go over the stained area a few more times. The guy was nice, but we just were not impressed with the outcome. Sorry.

Overall we are really happy with the results. However, there were a couple of areas, one on the stairs and one in the living room that were missed. I'd probably give a "10" had those areas been taken care of. The representative was really nice and very hardworking and got our carpets and couches clean with the exception of the areas listed above.

You have the best carpet cleaning method I have come across. The rug looks cleaner, feels and smells cleaner than it does after using any other service. You get what you pay for, and I've learned that its cheaper to pay more initially and get what you hoped for in the first place.

I like that the zerorez seems to be the greenest company on the market in term of carpet cleaning. I like that the prices have gone down and I really liked that the technician was so professional...in the past I'd been told how I needed to use the drug dmt or asked out to Las Vegas by techs from other companies! Lol. Seriously though, he came prepared and was super fast and knew his stuff. I didn't feel like he was feeding me a line on anything. He didn't try to up-sell which was the best thing! The carpets look good.

Leaves the carpet fresh and clean with no residue. I also love the fact it's a "green" solution. Got out some stains like bleach that I thought were permanent! Overall it looks like a new carpet! Dedicated personnel who were able to get me in at very short notice! Thank you for everything!
