Put plastic or lifters under all the furniture. I am concerned that when i move or shift the furniture, there might be stains underneath.
Zerorez technicians are professional, friendly, and polite and they get the job done quickly. All of the stains were removed from my carpets and they were only slightly damp when the technician was finished. He cleaned 4 rooms in just 1 hour. The carpets were dry in about 7 hours. I've used another service before and they left my carpets sopping wet. Water was sloshing out of the carpets when I walked on them. I love Zerorez and I'll never use another service again!

I was very pleased with the results. My carpet looked new. I do take issue with the fact that I was not informed of the $15 call out fee until after the work was done. ( I called the office twice before service to confirm the price I was quoted so I could have a check ready and specifically asked if there would be any added charges. Also I did not read anything about this fee in my confirmation email.) The technician apologized for this oversight, but this information should be disclosed so its not a surprise.

Cleaning was done very diligently, and thoroughly. When I left a message requesting a faxed copy of my receipt due to computer downloading problem, it was done immediately. I am a very satisfied customer and already passed along business card to my employer. Will be calling soon for other areas of my home.

The product is great. We had our carpet done conventionally last time and it looked "washed" afterwards. This did not happen after Zerorez. Also liked that he could do a big woolen throw rug which now looks beautiful.
Easy to get an appointment, tech is always on time, clean and polite. The carpets look great even though they are old and have been abused by our grandchildren and granddog. I like that no soap or chemicals are used in the cleaning process.
