The technician was very friendly and informative. He took extra care to make sure that none of the equipment he used would scrape against walls or furniture. One room that I had was especially in need of being cleaned and after he cleaned it, it looked good as new. The way they clean the carpet leaves no residue just like their name "zerorez". I have never been happier after having my carpets cleaned. I will definetely use Zerorez again. He even brought special shoe covers in case you need to walk on the carpet before it is dry. You really think of everything. I can't say enough good things about Zerorez!
I am being charged by another company $850 for pet urine after my carpets were cleaned.
Very efficient and quality job. I would highly recommend Gil Rogers also.

Very professional. The carpet feels very clean and without residue. I also like the fact that we do not need to get it cleaned as often which impacts the longevity of our carpet investment.

First, let me say I loved our technician, Robert. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. I like that our carpets are spotless and there was no smell. they are as soft on my feet as when brand new. Yeah!
There were places on the carpet that were left dirty. I took a white paper towel and came up with dirt on these 'spots'. They also scraped up my white tile that is next to the carpet. I cannot get the scrape marks off. It looks like the tile has been permanently damaged.
Excellent service by the worker you sent. I would def use again based on his performance and attitude.

The carpets dry quickly and feel very clean. The gentleman who did our service was terrific.
It really took the black spots out of the carpet. Carpet considerably improved in appearance. Imam happy with the result.
The carpet is so soft after the cleaning. It also seems to stay clean longer than with other steam methods of cleaning.

The customer service is excellent. The staff on the phone are professional and accurate in their pricing and appointment scheduling. The fee was very competetive. The technician (George) was cordial and punctual. He called as promised to give a more specific ETA. He did a fantastic job. My son's room was just in bad shape. He made the carpet look brand new. I can't say enough about the entire experience.
The worker was very rude. He wouldn't move a standing fan, which I don't consider heavy furniture. He missed the sides of the stairs where you can still see dirt.
You show up on time. Service is courteous and most importantly, you do a great job cleaning and it stays clean, longer.
My carpets were a real mess from having older and ailing cats and dogs. Pet stains were pretty bad. I have fairly new carpets. One room a cheaper carpet and pad. Two rooms expensive stainmaster and stainmaster pad. Still the stains were visible in all three rooms and had been there a while. I purchased the additional pet stain product offered. It was expensive but I wanted the best shot to remove the stains. I did have a problem with how long my carpets stayed wet. Some areas were still damp a week later... However Zerorez sent a second serviceman to freshen the scent as it took so long to dry. The great news is, it's been three weeks now and the stains have not come back. I feel it was worth the extra $$ and hassle of the wetness to save my carpets. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and on top of my concerns. I will use Zerorez again.
