David Valencia, was very friendly, professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained everything to me. His work was neat and efficient. It's a little early to know if I liked the product as I would like to see how my carpet is several months from now. However, I liked the product used for cleaning as it was explained to me. I understand that the carpet does not attract more soil after it has been cleaned.
They did a beautiful job. They even came back to get two coffee stains out, which didn't come completly out the first time.
