That you dont use chemicals. It does not have a funky smell when you are done. Bast cleaning job Ive ever seen. Dries faster than other companies. My carpets look new. Just unbelievable. I feel very comfortable w the technicians in my house.

I appreciated the technical information and professional expertise of the technician (Robert Keith). Robert was most personable and utilizing the Zerorez process, left the carpets throughout our home as clean as the day the carpeting was installed. Best of all, there appears to be absolutely no residue left in the carpet to attract dirt and subsequent stains.
