David was prompt and very polite and professional. I liked that he used corner protectors and how he explained all about cleaning white furniture. This was the first time we used your services. He explained everything very well. The couch and chair look great! The carpet looks great too! I am very happy with this service and will recommend to others.
To start with, I appreciate that Dennis called me first thing in the morning to confirm that he was on his way and when I could expect him. I wasn't just left waiting and hoping. Dennis was very courteous and professional.

The window for service was 2pm to 6pm. The technician did not arrive until 6:05 pm. We had dinner plans so I had to rush him. He said that he was running late because he was over booked and he had to come to my house from Pacific Palisades. I think that the dispatcher who planned his service calls is not familiar with Los Angeles traffic patterns because if they were, they would not have had the technician driving north on the 405 freeway at that time of day.

I enjoyed my experience with Zerorez immensely. From the ease of scheduling appointment to the email reminder of appointment time/date. Larry, my technician, called to let me know that he was on the way. He estimated 30 minutes and arrived in 20 minutes. Larry was very professional, yet also personal. He did an outstanding job that took a bit less time than he estimated. The price was right where I expected it to be and the carpets look as good as new. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and I hope to get Larry back as my technician. He is an excellant representative for your company. He has set my expectations very high for my next carpet cleaning, and I will definitely reccommend Zerorez to all of my friends. Thank you much!

My carpets look very clean and feel soft and fluffy. Stains on our stairs from normal wear and tear have disappeared as well as a water stain from a slab leak. I am very impressed with the job and Brett was very professional. We asked him to redo some of the steps that still appeared a little dirty and he readily agreed and they look really good!

Your service person Michael was very informative and worked quickly. He thoroughly explained everything to me and gave a couple of options to get the best results. We are very happy with Zerorez. My wife doesn't ask for a rug cleaner, she asks for a Zerorez.
The carpet was matted down after cleaning/drying. It took some work to "fluff".
Not sure why this happened, I don't remember it happening before?
