Services were very personable and efficient with no leftover smells or perfumes. The carpet looked great and I was very pleased with the courtesy I received and the explanation of the services and results. The carpet dried in the time given.

What do you like about our products and services?

The fact that you don't use chemicals and I have used Zerorez twice in the last 9 months to get rid of the bad chemicals and smells from previous carpet cleaners that were making me sick. Unfortunately the last technician wasn't as good as the first one who came out but I would only use Zerorez and next time will ask for a different technician.

Always show up on time and do excellent work. Brian (who had shoulder injury) who cleaned the carpets at our office did exemplary work.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that there are no harsh chemicals or soap build up left in cleansed (treated surfaces) yet the end product is just as clean. The technician was great. I am very picky & he was completely understanding & asked that I let him know if any of the surfaces were not up to my standards & that he would be happy to go over those areas again. That is what I call good service!

Great customer service and Dennis, the technician was even better. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process and the additional services. Would definitely recommend Zerorez especially due my experience with Dennis.

Customer service was great. I don't have much to compare to, as far as stain removal goes, but there were a lot of stains still left. It seemed like his machine was struggling near the end and left oil in my driveway.
The carpet was soft and clean next day.

Very happy with professional service. I like the special cleaning process does not leave soapy residue. Anyone cleaning their carpets should use Zerorez.

I like the zerorez process because it cleans the carpets well-even with older carpet. The technician, Dennis Kennedy took extra time to get out a couple of bad stains that I did not think wo/ever come out. Dennis is a pleasant and respectful employee. Thanks you zerorez and Dennis.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was the second time within a couple of weeks that we scheduled you to perform some repair work in addition to cleaning. On the first go around, the tech showed up without the necessary tools and supplies so I chalked it up to a simple miscommunication. The second time (the most recent appointment) I made a very specific point of mentioning the repair work when I made the appointment. Moreover, when your people called to confirm the appointment, I again reminded them of the repair work to be done and that I did not want a repeat of the experience of just two weeks before. The young woman said she would make sure the reminder got to the tech and that we could expect him to show up between 9:00 - 11:00 am. Around noon I got a call from the tech saying he didn't get the word on the repair and had to stop by somewhere to pick up equipment and supplies. When he had not arrived some two hours later, I called his cell phone only to learn that he was still trying to get his hands on the needed supplies and hoped to arrive in the next 45 minutes. He finally arrived somewhere around 2:00 p.m.

Long and short of it, I lost a whole day of work due to miscommunication within your organization. And it was the second time it happened.

While I have no complaint about the quality of the work that was done, the whole experience left a sour taste.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When our rug was returned, it had a round wet spot about 10 inches in diameter. I could not ask the technician what had happened and how to best clean it up because he had called me while I was at an appointment at 10:50 a.m. To ask me if he could drop off the rug. I said no as I was busy and not home. I asked if I was scheduled to have the rug delivered between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. He said yes. I asked him to deliver it then. He complained about having to stay in the area until then. He called me again at 10:57 a.m., still in the middle of my appointment, and asked if he could put the rug on my porch. I told him no. He asked if he could get a neighbor to take it. I said no. He asked if he could put it on my back patio or he would just return it to the cleaning facility and I could reschedule another appointment . As we were going away on a trip the next day, I told him to go ahead and put it in the backyard. This caused me to have to help my husband carry it into the house after we tried to dry the wet spot in the sun. Very disappointed!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well the concept is amazing a chemical free/soap free carpet cleaning but even after a call back for spots that reappeared they are coming back again and we even paid a bit extra at the service call for the added product that was recommended to prevent this.

I do not feel we can call back for another service call as when I called the for the one we received I felt like I was putting them out and being a bother.

I am very sad as I really wanted to have my home carpets cleaned if the results were wonderful from the business carpets.
