Carpet is clean and soft. Technician was polite and helpful. Only 1 tech so husband and I had to move our own furniture. That was a bummer because husband has a bad back. Otherwise carpet looks great and we were very satisfied with carpet. You should let customers know about furniture moving so they are prepared. Thanks very much!

Does a great job and takes every effort to protect walls and furniture. Goes the extra distance to treat spots and very dirty places. Courteous representatives both on the phone and the technicians.
