the first time I used Zerorez, I was amazed!!! it seemed as though every spot was removed and all the dark areas went away and my carpets looked brand new for a long time.

I was a bit disappointed in yesterday's cleaning - because there were remaining spots and all my carpet edges around my tile kitchen and back into the carpet about 1 to 2" were very dark as if all the dirt was pulled from carpet but remained along the edges. I don't mind spending the money, but I was disappointed today when checking it out after they were dried and finding spots and all edges blackened.

Also, the very first time I used Zerorez, the technician brought in soft plastic cones used as bumpers when the hose was against the wall corners. I was super impressed the first time and that is why I called Zerorez again.

My carpets are clean! Many other carpet companies the stains seem to come back once the carpet dries. This has not happened so far. The gentleman that came to my house was more than accommodating! In addition, my dog put a meat bone on a white chaise and the blood from the meat ran onto my white linen fabric. The gentleman knew how to treat the stain and it is completely gone. He saved me an enormous amount of money that I would have spent having the chaise reupholstered. I can't say enough about his knowledge and efficiency.
