Livingston was on time, very friend,y and efficient. My carpets look great and my shower has never looked this good! Should have done that when we bought the house.

Your phone rep and technician were very professional are exceptionally prompt. Brian was right on time, worked amazingly fast considering the heat and humidity and did a great job! Not only will I recommend, I am inspired to get my carpets taken care of more often.

I think zero Rez did a good job. It was a bit pricey $175.00 for 1 room. I would only recommend for someone with a large space.

Include some kind of furniture moving with your pricing. Even moving empty coffee tables was considered "extra".

I really liked Dennis the person who cleaned my carpet. He had to make two trips to accomplish cleaning the carpets as we had to get a better position for the truck. He was informative, helpful, hardworking, skilled and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets! There was NO upselling, just great work and service.

I like the idea the carpet cleaning process does not leave any kind of residue since this would only attract more dirt and defeat the whole purpose of getting the carpets cleaned!

The ZeroRez representative, Livingston, was professional and knowledgeable. My dining room was very dirty due to a 1 year old grandson who likes to throw his food. Livingston performed his magic on that carpet and it looked new again. I appreciate his expertise and efficient work. I know I will use your company again and if anyone asks me about my beautiful and clean carpet I will recommend ZeroRez,

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Carpet cleaning left blotches on heavily traveled carpet areas and many spots returned as soon as the carpeting dried. I want the carpet re-cleaned.
