I think your new way of pricing as well as letting the customer decide which areas need cleaning the most is a step in the right direction. However, I also think that some areas need pre-spotting, not all, and the technician has to determine this. I'm sure a customer would not mind paying a little extra for this.One area in our master bath still has a stain. You have always had an "edge" in carpet cleaning because you get all the spots and they don't return. This is what gives you returning business.

The carpets look amazing! However, the young man who cleaned them left at 4:00PM and the carpets were still wet at 1 in the morning the next day and even in the afternoon, 24 hours later, in some places. I didn't expect that as I had heard on the advertisements that they would be dry in a couple of hours. Not sure if it is typical for them to be wet for so long. So, I would recommend Zerorez but have to tell my friends to be aware of how long before they are dry.

Jorge was great to work with and anxious to please. Even before vacuuming, my carpeting looks a lot better... there are still a couple of questionable areas remaining in the master bedroom that may vacuum out.

We had purchased a model home about a year ago. The builder was nice enough to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in, however the carpet still appeared to be dirty due to high traffic wear. This weekend, we had our carpets cleaned by Robert with amazing results...the carpet looks new again. We also appreciated Robert's suggestion/tip to rotate our area rug so that it will wear evenly.
Robert was so nice and we could tell he really cares about his work. He did such a fantastic job, we will ask for him again.

The travertine you cleaned was left worse than when you started. It was streaked with water stains and there was no difference and the traffic areas where still dirty. Your tech also left standing water on the floor throughout.
This was a large carpet/travertine cleaning job that encompassed approx. 3000 sq. ft. The tech was there a total of 2 hrs and 15 min. for the entire job!
The tech. was sarcastic and unfriendly when I spoke with him before he started the work.
I called to complain and was told the soonest someone could come out was seven days later.
I was charged $1019 for terrible service and extremely poor workmanship.
I am following up by posting my initial experience on Angies List. I will submit a second post with the results of your second trip based on willingness to fix the problem. You can redeem your company by doing the job correctly otherwise I will energetically and enthusiastically work to warn others of your companies terrible service so they wont make the same mistake I did.
The technicians are very professional and do a thorough cleaning. They have consistently confirmed the areas to be cleaned, along with any concerns or questions I have. I always get a reminder call the day before the scheduled cleaning and my request that the technician call with an estimated arrival time has always been honored.
I have been a Zerorez customer for several years and have been satisfied every time.
Jose did a great job. I would definitely request him next time!
