Bad attitude of consultant and customer service. I expect a carpet cleaning company to clean my entire carpet. The edges were not even vacuumed. They were full of dog hair and bobby pins so it clearly wasn't cleaned. When we asked the technician to do the edges, his attitude was like he was doing us a favor by cleaning the edges. When I reported the lack of the edges of the carpet being cleaned to the customer service rep, she said that your website clearly states the customer should vacuum before you guys come. Excuse me but I heard your stupid "drink the water" campaign on the radio 5000 times so I finally decided to try you guys out. I never went to your website. Now I know why you need to play your radio ads a million times a day...You never get any repeat business! If you focused on a quality product and quality service you wouldn't need to worry about spending so much on your radio ads. Anyways, I will never use zero Rez again and whenever carpet cleaning comes up in a conversation for the rest of my life I will tell them to use anyone BUT zero Rez.
Do not like the $15 charge for "trip" - The cleaning is already very expensive. Also I had to complain to get an operator here in the timeframe given to me.
The carpet stretching I requested was not on the technician's ticket and thus he didn't have time to perform the service.
The tech was very thorough and was able to handle all the areas. Looks good.
I called Zerorez because I wanted to completely 'zerorez' my home! I have heard your ads on the radio for years, but I didn't know that you could clean all of my surface areas - not just my carpets! Marcel (my tech) was amazing and very professional. He 'zerorezed' the tile in my kitchen, bathroom and foyer, and I couldn't believe how much cleaner it looked! Even the grout was spotless! He also did 2 area rugs and the upholstery on my couch. I have a 2 year old, and he can be a messy little guy. All the drips and stains came off my couch like magic! The fact that you use NO CHEMICALS, just alkaline water to clean totally blew me away. Having a little one, this was very important to me. Anyway, THANK YOU for doing such a wonderful job. I will definitely use you guys again!

They work
Technician was professional, truck and clothing identified company, walked house and discussed areas and prices prior to beginning work. Showed up on time, worked diligently through to completion. We had the entire house carpets and tile cleaned, 2 small area rugs, sofa, 3 large stuffed chairs, and 6 dining room chairs. It took about 4 hours for everything. We were given booties to walk on the carpet. It was completely dry by the next morning. Although a little bit 'crisp' on our feet when it dried, once we vacuumed and moved the carpet fibers, it softened right up and looks beautiful! The technician instantly sent our receipt to our email address. We would definitely recommend ZeroRez to our friends and family.

my carpet has renewed life
My carpet looks like never been cleaned. All the stains showed-up on the next day.
I had Oxi-fresh company to clean the carpet six months ago and after their cleaning the carpet looked like brand new. The reason to schedule with Zerorez this time was that Oxi-fresh doesn't provide service at this time in our area.
You are heads above any other carpet cleaning service I've ever used. Bottom line is you guys get stuff clean!

Our carpets are visibly significantly cleaner than they were. Took just 24 hours or so to dry. Really like the fact that there is no residue left behind. Your man arrived on time and was professional, polite, and friendly.

I have used Zerorez before and find that the product does a good job. Michael was my serviceman and he did a great job. He really worked on the major traffic pattern, where there was a spot. He was kind and attentive, and polite when my neighbor came to talk to him about doing his house. I will and have recommended Zerorez.
