My rating is based not on what you did or didn't do right. We were very happy with almost the entire process and also with the wonderful results seen in our rugs.

The fact is that for various personal reasons, we rarely recommend any company or contractor to friends, so this rating number reflects that reluctance.

If you asked us to rate your company, rather than the "recommend" part, we would rank you at a 9 rating for your performance. Jose was very professional when he came to measure and to tell us about pricing. The pick up of the rugs went smoothly. Gabriel and (sorry, forget his name) who delivered the rugs also were very professional and helpful. The cleaning was excellent--no spots left, colors refreshed and bright. The invoice issue was the only glitch: We didn't get an invoice or "received" document when the rugs were picked up, which I felt we should have (a document that indicated that you had our rugs, and a financial statement), then a statement apparently sent by e-mail wasn't received by us, though this was quickly remedied, and finally we received a bill from [your main office?] asking for payment before the rugs had been returned. This too was quickly and professionally remedied.

So the "bottom line" is that your service was excellent and your results, too. We are very pleased. We just aren't likely to recommend you to others.

The promise time of job completion were inadequate, took 3 1/2 hours longer and the quoted pricing were wrong, the carpet repairs not satisfied. Overall we were very disappointed this time; should have two men crew to do a commercial job.

I like that you do not use toxic chemicals. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet felt and smelled really clean afterwards. The high traffic areas were still visible but I like that you sent someone back out to retreat those areas. Now I know it was primarily due to fiber distortion, which you can't do anything about.

since this was my first time I was impressed with the process that is odorless from chemicals and the drying time, and the results, I believe there is a small spot that is still there but it was only yesterday, so I have not had a chance to check all since we are using booties and trying to stay off carpet! like I said on yelp! my only disappointment was that I wish I would have known that the 3 room sp. was in effect, when I called to schedule a return visit the same day, I could have had another small high traffic area done in my office space, as seniors every dollar counts!

The smell of pets and dogs was not removed as a result of the cleaning, you should be clear that the service will not fix this problem.
