We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Larry and Wilson. They arrived on time, were prepared to go to work, explained everything they were going to do and did an exceptional job! In addition to cleaning the carpet (which looks marvelous!), they also cleaned the 2 showers and really made them sparkle! We couldn't believe the difference! We also had a spot in the main hall where the rug needed stretching, and Larry put his expertise to work to repair it. He did a wonderful job! It necessitated "rearranging" the rug into the dining room, as well, and when he was finished, it looked perfect! He knew exactly what he was doing and did a wonderful job! Larry was training Wilson the day he was working at our home, and fortunately for Wilson, he had a wonderful teacher who could provide him with an entire variety of tasks to learn. Larry is just great! We would happily recommend all of you to our friends and family!

I am normally very happy with the service but this time there were several stains that were left and this is very unusual. I have used Zerorez many many times and constantly recommend it but I do not know that I will be using it again based on the massive stains that were left. Normally these very easy traffic stains are lifted and this time they were not. Name removed Phone number removed

Quick and thorough

I love the zero residue process. Keith was fabulous. He went over all of the carpet issues with me and did a fantastic job. He definitely earned a ten! Zerorez is the only cleaning process I will use in the future.

Excellent work ethic, friendly personnel, hard workers, arrived on time and completed the job to our satisfaction.

No soap residue, no tacky feel to my carpets, techs are very helpful. People comment that my seven year old carpets look like new. I have only used Zerorez on them. Prices are a bit high but they have many promotions throughout the year.
