I like the fact that the technician, Dana, contacted me to provide an arrival time and when he got here he explained the whole process. We had a mildew stain and he provided a realistic outcome. He did his best. I will use Zerorez again.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH OTHER CARPET COMPANIES CHEMDRY ETC ETC. ZEROREZ INTERESTED ME AND ON KFI TALK RADIO THEY TALKED YOU UP. I CLEANED MY OWN CARPET AND I HAD A TOO WET RUG AND A LARGE YELLOW AREA THAT I TRIED TO OVERCLEAN. MY RUG WAS 3 YEARS OLD STAINMASTER AND THE BEST PADDING I COULD PURCHASE. The process you guys use is MUCH more affective at removing stains than regular carpet cleaning...I was so amazed at how many stains came up..my carpet looks better now than it did when I moved in...I will never go back to traditional carpet cleaning again! I was charged double what I was quoated. Also, I was charged alot for a smal area rug and it is still really dirty, in fact it is to dirty to use for company.
