I waited a while to be sure the cleaning held up and it did!!! I will defintely use your service again. I felt very comfortable with the technician who was sent to clean my carpets which is a big factor in my decision to use a company again.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your product does not have chemicals in it. Service time took less than an hour I did not know if this process takes less time or
whether service man was tired and rushed through the process. As I have never used Zerorez before, I had no idea what to expect.
All apears to look good. I would use this service over anything else out there.

We have used zerorez in the past, and in both cases our technicians were on time and friendly. In addition, Zerorez was able to remove a large brown spot on our carpet which was the initial reason for our call.

I heard about you on KFI. I decided to give you a try because the residue explanation made sense. I could not believe how clean the carpet was! Looked brand new and absolutely flawless! I would never use anyone else and would recommend you to anyone and everyone that needs carpet cleaning. Great work!

The techs are trained, clean, friendly, and efficient. They do not try to sell you stuff that is not needed but make you aware of recommended services. For repeat customers, it would be good to offer or try to match up the same tech if available.

What could we do to improve?

I have used you for carpet cleaning for years and will continue to do so. I was a little off-put this week when your technician arrived to clean my Travertine floor. When I booked the service, I told the lady my floors were Travertine and she quoted me the special price I called about. When the tech arrived, he told me that Travertine REALLY should be sealed. He quoted me a new amount to add the sealant and I agreed to it. I would have liked this to be mentioned when I got the first quote, not on the spot. It felt like an upsell.
