What could we do to improve?

My carpet has some spots that feel like residue is in it and it is crunchy, and in the room where my dog had her accident I found some residue, but those spots are still wet

I have only used you once and that was just a few days ago. Everything looks bright and spot free but I can not say if spots will return soon. I have purchased your spot cleaner and am impressed that you give a lifetime of refills. Unheard of.

He was polite, efficient and it all worked out well. I used you about 2 years ago,
and I live alone so my life is not dirty, and this worked out very well.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that you don't use chemicals and there is no residue and your technicians are always on time or early! My carpet looks new! Livingston said the company is starting a new program if you get your carpets cleaned twice in one year your next cleaning in the same year is free. If this is correct I would like to sign up for this program, please let me know what I need to do.
