Excellent staff. Hard workers. Outstanding cleaning system appropriate for those that may have allergies. Also, lack of detergent means the carpet should stay cleaner longer.
The service was FANTASTIC! Carpets are very clean. That's a miracle - the stairs had been black with dirt. We were very impressed with our Service-Technician: DANA! Dana did a FANTASTIC job! He was efficient and worked very hard. And, Dana was very personable & caring. He was empathic to our needs: We had the carpets cleaned, during our Mother's stay in the hospital (we were stressed). Yet Dana did all he could to help us! Dana is FANTASTIC!!
He gets "10 million" on your scale!!! Also, Roxanne, who took my initial phone-call was GREAT! She bent over backwards to find an appointment for our tight schedule. We were very impressed with everyone and everything with Zerorez.

The whole process was very smooth.....your office person set up the appointment and explained the costs, your service person was on time, and a quality job was done. I can't believe how beautiful our carpet is, it is an older carpet and had some significant traffic patterns and a few spots, everything came out better than I expected. The carpet is left clean and fresh and best of all no residue. We will be back.

The carpets look wonderful! Keith was extremely professional. I was impressed with the extra care taken to keep things neat and clean during the process. We did have a slight issue with our couch, but it was handled promptly and professionally. I give Zerorez a 10+ and will definitely recommend them. Bill Handel was right - Zerorez is top notch!!

So many Carpet companies quote one price on the phone then play games when they get inside your home. And they still don't do near the job that Zerorez does. Got out all stains, looks new, dried quickly
