Charge by square footage not by what is considered to be a room. We count our kitchen as
one room, but we were told it was 3 rooms. We expected to pay $114 ($99.00 special for 400
square feet), but the charge was $209.00. Your company did a good job cleaning the floor,
and we will use your services again when needed.

I've only used Zerorez to clean my carpets (wouldn't use anyone else). I've always been satisfied with their work, the employees are courteous and helpful.

I was hoping the carpets would have been cleaned a little better, but it may be just that our carpets were too dirty (graphite dirt).
