The technician that did my tile floors and carpeting was not only very polite but he worked very hard and did a marvelous job. He was also very informative about how the machinery worked and hints about how to maintain it.
One of the other good things is that the office called to say he was running late so I was not nervously waiting around and could actually run an errand! Thank you for that - it is so difficult to wait for hours without knowing updates on arrival time.

Yesterday was the first time I have used zerorez services. The two men were very professional. I have a friend who has used zerorez several times and is also pleased with the results. Due to the cool weather, I am still waiting for one of the rugs to dry. Before I comment on the product that cleaned my rug extremely well, I want to see how it lasts.
My only concern is that I couldn't get the receipt to print out for me. Can you send it to me again?

Carpets look & feel great. Don't feel soapy or sticky. Employee was pleasant and seemed careful & thorough.
We had our floors/grout cleaned. The water soaked into the baseboard along the floor, causing swelling of 1/4" - 1/2" in some areas.
Find a way to keep baseboards dry!!!
He was on time. Fast, and my carpets look great. He made a few suggestions but no HI-Pressure sales tactics. I like that.
